A Case Report of Nodal T-Follicular Helper Cell Lymphoma and Literature Review
Abstract:Nodal T-follicular helper cell lymphoma (nTFHL) is a group of tumors derived from follicular helper T cells, which was first introduced as a concept in the fifth edition of the WHO classification of lymphoid neoplasms in 2022 [1]. This family mainly consists of three subtypes, and when the histological morphology is atypical, it can pose certain diagnostic challenges. Here, we report a case of atypical histological morphology of nTFHL with an angioimmunoblastic type (nTFHL-AI), and through a review of the literature on nTFHL, we analyze its clinical pathological features, immunohistochemical characteristics, molecular pathological features, differential diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis, aiming to enhance understanding of this disease.
