Call for Manuscripts of the Chinese Journal of Practical Internal Medicine

Abstract：The 'Chinese Journal of Practical Internal Medicine' was established in 1981, and is a professional internal medicine technical journal sponsored by the National Health Commission of the People's Republic of China, and co-sponsored by the Chinese Medical Association and China Medical University. The journal has always adhered to the editorial policy of 'facing clinical practice, emphasizing practicality, focusing on the combination of theory and practice, and improving the diagnostic and therapeutic level of general internal medicine doctors'. Its content, characterized by 'clinical practicality', has won the favor of a wide readership. The journal has been rated as a 'Core Journal in Internal Medicine' in the 'List of Core Journals in Chinese Periodicals' for many consecutive years, listed by the Ministry of Science and Technology as a 'Source Journal for Scientific and Technological Papers', entered the 'Chinese Journal Array' of the State Administration of Press and Publication, and was awarded the title of 'Double-Effect Journal'. It has twice won the 'Nomination Award for National Journal Awards' in the second and third national journal award competitions organized by the State Administration of Press and Publication. In 2014, it received the nomination for the China Publishing Government Award for Periodicals, and in 2017, it was named one of the 'Top 100 Chinese Newspapers and Journals'. The journal is indexed by several foreign databases, including the 'Cambridge Scientific Abstracts (CSA)'. The journal features sections such as Commentaries, Guidelines and Consensus, Guideline Interpretations, Thematic Discussions, Expert Forums, Original Articles, Reviews and Lectures, Discussion of Difficult Cases, and Case Reports. To promote innovative articles, the journal has set up a 'Green Channel' submission method, which allows for rapid publication upon submission of a 'Newness Report'.
