Diagnosis and Treatment Progress of Primary Sjögren Syndrome Complicated with Lymphocytic Interstitial Pneumonia
Abstract:Primary Sjögren syndrome (pSS) is a complex chronic systemic autoimmune disease characterized by lymphocyte proliferation and infiltration of exocrine glands, leading to progressive immune-related inflammatory damage, resulting in gland dysfunction and causing symptoms such as mucosal dryness, and secondary vasculitis leading to complications involving multiple systems [1], which significantly affects the long-term quality of life of patients.
