Third-level Prevention Strategies for Endometrial Cancer: Chinese Expert Consensus (2025 Edition)
Abstract:Endometrial cancer (EC) is one of the most common gynecological malignancies worldwide. Due to factors such as population aging, increasing prevalence of metabolic diseases, and changes in reproductive patterns, its incidence continues to rise. In developed countries and some cities in China, such as Beijing, Shanghai, and Guangzhou, the incidence of endometrial cancer has risen to the top among female genital tract malignancies. Effective prevention and management of endometrial cancer require multidisciplinary collaboration, covering strategies for primary prevention, secondary prevention, and tertiary prevention.
