Research Progress of Methylation Detection in the Diagnosis and Treatment of Endometrial Cancer
Abstract:Endometrial cancer is a common gynecological malignancy. In 2020, there were 417,000 new cases of endometrial cancer worldwide, with 91,000 deaths. The overall incidence and the incidence among women of childbearing age are both on the rise [1]. Although endometrial cancer often occurs at an early stage with a good prognosis, the overall disease burden is high, and it has a serious impact on fertility. Early screening and diagnosis remain a focus of clinical research in tumors.
