Application of Tissue Factor in Cancer Therapy
Abstract：According to the latest global cancer report released in 2024, cancer remains one of the most important causes of death in humans. The report shows that there were 18.74 million new cancer cases and 9.74 million new cancer deaths globally in 2022. It is urgently needed to develop more efficient and less toxic treatment methods to improve the prognosis of cancer patients and reduce the global cancer burden. In recent years, antibody drug conjugates (ADCs) have become a hot topic in cancer treatment research, with ADCs targeting different molecular markers undergoing clinical and preclinical studies.
