Expert Consensus on the Diagnosis of Tubal Hydrosalpinx (2025 Edition)
Abstract：Among female infertility, tubal diseases account for 25% to 35%, and tubal hydrosalpinx (hydrosalpinx fluid, HSF) accounts for 10% to 30% [1]. HSF is one of the important causes of female infertility, and the accuracy of its diagnosis directly affects clinical treatment decisions and reproductive outcomes. Currently, hysterosalpingography (HSG), as the preferred imaging method for evaluating tubal patency, has significant value in the diagnosis of HSF.
