Clinical Pathway for Fertility Preservation and Protection in Gynecologic Malignancies (2025 Edition)
Abstract:1 Purpose
Approximately 2 million women of reproductive age are diagnosed with malignant tumors worldwide each year [1]. With the advancement of tumor treatment technologies, the survival rate of patients with malignant tumors has gradually improved [2], but the issue of fertility loss caused by tumor treatment is particularly prominent among young female patients. Therefore, fertility preservation and protection have become an indispensable part of the treatment plan [3]. Fertility preservation not only helps patients restore family and social functions after recovery, but also significantly improves patients' mental health and quality of life.
