Management of Endometrial Hyperplasia during the Perimenopausal and Postmenopausal Periods: Chinese Clinical Practice Guidelines (2025 Edition)
Abstract:1 Background and Purpose
Endometrial hyperplasia is a pathological condition characterized by abnormal glandular structure (including changes in size and shape) and an imbalance between glandular and stromal proportions (>1:1), which is a non-physiological and invasive endometrial proliferative disease [1]. The World Health Organization (WHO) updated its pathological classification criteria in 2020, categorizing endometrial hyperplastic lesions into two types [2]: (1) Endometrial hyperplasia without atypia (EH).
