Expert Consensus on the Clinical Application of Baofukang Suppository (2025 Edition)
Abstract：Baofukang suppository (National Drug Approval Number: Z46020058) is composed of cyperus oil and borneol. It is a Class A drug in the National Medical Insurance (2024 edition), a product listed in the National Essential Drugs List (2018 edition), a fourth batch of over-the-counter (OTC) drugs (Class A), and included in the Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China (2020 edition). This drug is mainly used in the treatment of gynecological infections such as chronic cervicitis, atrophic vaginitis, and vulvovaginal candidiasis, with good clinical efficacy. To enable clinicians to use Baofukang suppository in a reasonable and standardized manner, the Chinese Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine has formulated the 'Expert Consensus on the Clinical Application of Baofukang Suppository' (20220703-GS-CACM, hereinafter referred to as this consensus).
