Chinese Expert Consensus on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Epithelioid Trophoblastic Tumor (2025 Edition)
Abstract：Epithelioid trophoblastic tumor (ETT) is a rare type of gestational trophoblastic neoplasm, accounting for less than 2% of all gestational trophoblastic neoplasia (GTN) [1]. Its clinical manifestations are non-specific, making diagnosis difficult. The treatment strategy presents challenges. Currently, guidelines and consensus statements both domestically and internationally pay less attention to the diagnosis and treatment of ETT, lacking systematic and consistent therapeutic protocols.
