Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Early Cervical Cancer with Fertility Preservation (2025 Edition)
Abstract:1 Introduction
Cervical cancer is the fourth most common malignant tumor in women worldwide. In China, it is the most common gynecological malignancy. With the establishment of a standardized cervical cancer screening system and the widespread vaccination against human papillomavirus (HPV), the overall incidence has slightly decreased, but there has been a trend toward younger patients. According to statistics, approximately 40% of cervical cancer patients are of reproductive age [1-2], and with the relaxation of China's fertility policy, an increasing number of patients diagnosed with cervical cancer still have a strong desire to have children.
