Abstract：Background and Significance of Guideline Development
HIV infection leads to Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome (AIDS), which is one of the important public health issues affecting public health. As of the end of 2024, there are 40.8 million people living with HIV/AIDS globally, with 1.3 million new HIV infections that year, and 31.6 million people receiving antiretroviral therapy (ART) [1].
