Clinical Study on the Treatment of Cerebral Infarction with Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo Decoction Combined with Dual Antiplatelet Therapy
Abstract:Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo Decoction combined with dual antiplatelet therapy (DAPT) in the treatment of cerebral infarction. Methods: A total of 86 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to the First People's Hospital of Pingdingshan City from December 2022 to October 2024 were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into a DAPT group (receiving DAPT treatment) and a combination group (receiving Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo Decoction combined with DAPT treatment), with 43 cases in each group. The clinical efficacy, TCM syndrome scores, neurological function, and incidence of adverse reactions before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results: The total effective rate of the combination group was higher than that of the DAPT group, with a statistically significant difference (P < 0.05). After treatment, the TCM syndrome scores of the combination group were lower than those of the DAPT group, with a statistically significant difference (P < 0.05). After treatment, the NIHSS and mRS scores of the combination group were lower than those of the DAPT group, with a statistically significant difference (P < 0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the overall incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P > 0.05). Conclusion: Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo Decoction combined with DAPT shows significant therapeutic effects in the treatment of cerebral infarction, which can improve the patient's clinical symptoms and neurological function without increasing the risk of adverse reactions.
