Exploring the Treatment of Chronic Tonsillitis Based on the Theory of 'Fuxie'
Abstract：Chronic tonsillitis has a high incidence, multiple complications, unclear pathogenesis, and lacks targeted treatment drugs. A review of ancient and modern literature found that the formation process and onset patterns of chronic tonsillitis are consistent with the theory of 'Fuxie'. The Huang's Throat Science team at Wuxi Municipal Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine found that applying the theory of 'Fuxie' to guide the syndrome differentiation and treatment of chronic tonsillitis often yields good results. The theory of 'Fuxie' provides new insights for the syndrome differentiation and treatment of chronic tonsillitis.
