Clinical Experience of Qigui Chaihu Decoction in the Treatment of支饮肺胀
Abstract：Through introducing three clinical cases of Qigui Chaihu Decoction in the treatment of支饮肺胀, the authors analyze that the pathogenesis is a syndrome involving both exterior and interior, cold and heat, deficiency and excess, with a tendency towards yin. The treatment principle includes resolving exterior and clearing interior, harmonizing the nutritive and defensive qi, tonifying deficiency and draining excess, and promoting the triple warmer. Based on the concept of 'treating different diseases with the same therapy', Qigui Chaihu Decoction is used with modifications, achieving good clinical efficacy.
