Xiguan Stick and Pole Health Preservation Method
Abstract：The well-known Chao Li Fo Kung Fu has fascinated many people, but the profound Chao Li Fo medical techniques are rarely noticed. Currently, China's medical system is basically dominated by Western medicine, and due to reasons such as the westernization of traditional Chinese medicine, there are very few people who truly understand and can effectively apply Chao Li Fo medical techniques. Articles and discussions related to Chao Li Fo medical techniques are also rare, and the Chao Li Fo medical techniques are facing the risk of being lost. This article analyzes the origin, theoretical basis, application steps, and current clinical application status of the Xu family's stick and tool bone realignment technique in Chao Li Fo medical techniques, in order to draw attention and promote the inheritance and development of Chao Li Fo medical techniques.
