Clinical Value of Yindan Xinnao Tong Soft Capsules Combined with Aspirin Enteric-Coated Tablets in the Treatment of Cerebral Infarction

Abstract：Objective: To investigate the clinical value of Yindan Xinnao Tong soft capsules combined with aspirin enteric-coated tablets in the treatment of cerebral infarction (CI). Methods: A total of 62 patients with CI admitted to the Fourth People's Hospital of Zhumadian City from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into a western medicine group and a combination group, with 31 cases in each group. Patients in the western medicine group received aspirin enteric-coated tablets, while those in the combination group received Yindan Xinnao Tong soft capsules combined with aspirin enteric-coated tablets. The clinical efficacy, neurological function [National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) score], daily living ability [modified Rankin Scale (mRS) score], serum inflammatory factors [high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP), interleukin-6 (IL-6)], and hemorheological indicators [plasma viscosity (PV), whole blood viscosity (CP)] were compared between the two groups. Results: The total effective rate of treatment in the combination group was 93.55% (29/31), which was higher than 74.19% (23/31) in the western medicine group, with a statistically significant difference (P < 0.05). After treatment, the NIHSS and mRS scores of both groups were lower than before treatment, and the combination group had lower scores than the western medicine group, with a statistically significant difference (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of serum hs-CRP and IL-6 in both groups were lower than before treatment, and the combination group had lower levels than the western medicine group, with a statistically significant difference (P < 0.05). After treatment, the PV and CP of both groups were lower than before treatment, and the combination group had lower values than the western medicine group, with a statistically significant difference (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The combination of Yindan Xinnao Tong soft capsules and aspirin enteric-coated tablets shows obvious effects in treating patients with cerebral infarction, which can reduce inflammatory responses, improve hemorheological indicators, and enhance neurological function and daily living ability.
