Therapeutic Effect of Yishen Huashi Granule Combined with Losartan Potassium on Patients with Chronic Renal Insufficiency
Abstract：Objective: To analyze the therapeutic effect of Yishen Huashi Granule combined with Losartan Potassium in patients with chronic renal insufficiency. Methods: A total of 100 patients with chronic renal insufficiency treated at Shanghai Tianyou Hospital, Tongji University from April 2022 to August 2024 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, each with 50 cases. The control group received Losartan Potassium treatment, while the observation group received Yishen Huashi Granule treatment in addition to Losartan Potassium. The clinical efficacy, vascular endothelial function indicators, inflammatory factor levels, immune function, and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results: The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, with a statistically significant difference (P < 0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of endothelin-1 (ET-1), interleukin-1β (LKN-1), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), and interleukin-13 (IL-13) in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, while the peripheral blood CD3+, CD4+, CD4+/CD8+ ratio, natural killer (NK) cell count, and serum nitric oxide (NO) level were higher in the observation group. All these differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the overall incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P > 0.05). Conclusion: For patients with chronic renal insufficiency, the treatment regimen of Yishen Huashi Granule combined with Losartan Potassium can enhance clinical efficacy, reduce inflammatory response and vascular endothelial damage, regulate immune function, and does not increase adverse reactions.
