Clinical Observation of Shenqi Buxue Capsule Combined with Tacrolimus Capsules in the Treatment of Idiopathic Membranous Nephropathy of Spleen-Kidney Qi Deficiency Type
Abstract：Objective: To evaluate the value of Shenqi Buxue Capsule combined with Tacrolimus Capsules in the treatment of idiopathic membranous nephropathy of spleen-kidney qi deficiency type. Methods: A total of 60 patients with idiopathic membranous nephropathy (spleen-kidney qi deficiency type) treated at Zhumadian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, each with 30 cases. The control group received Tacrolimus Capsules treatment, while the observation group received Shenqi Buxue Capsule combined with Tacrolimus Capsules treatment. The clinical efficacy, 24-hour urinary protein, serum anti-M-type phospholipase A2 receptor (PLA2R) levels, oxidative stress indicators, and TCM syndrome scores were compared between the two groups. Results: The total effective rate of the observation group (96.67%) was higher than that of the control group (76.67%), with a statistically significant difference (P < 0.05). After treatment, the 24-hour urinary protein and serum PLA2R levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences (P < 0.05). After treatment, the serum nitric oxide (NO) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) levels of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, while the serum malondialdehyde (MDA) level was lower, with statistically significant differences (P < 0.05). After treatment, the scores for lumbago and knee weakness, pale complexion, and fatigue of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Adding Shenqi Buxue Capsule to Tacrolimus Capsules treatment significantly improves the treatment of idiopathic membranous nephropathy (spleen-kidney qi deficiency type), effectively improving renal function, oxidative stress indicators, and clinical symptoms.
