Effect of Wubeisan Combined with Baihe Wuyao Decoction and Rabeprazole on Chronic Gastritis of Spleen-Stomach Qi Deficiency Type

Abstract：Objective: To explore the effect of Wubeisan combined with Baihe Wuyao Decoction and Rabeprazole on chronic gastritis of spleen-stomach qi deficiency type, and its impact on serum interleukin-32 (IL-32), transforming growth factor-beta1 (TGF-beta1), and interleukin-6 (IL-6). Methods: A total of 140 patients with chronic gastritis of spleen-stomach qi deficiency type admitted to Shenzhen No.2 People's Hospital from January 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the study subjects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into a control group (treated with Wubeisan combined with Baihe Wuyao Decoction) and an observation group (treated with Wubeisan combined with Baihe Wuyao Decoction and Rabeprazole), each with 70 cases. The changes in TCM syndrome scores, serum inflammatory factor levels, and clinical efficacy before and after treatment were analyzed. Results: Before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in TCM syndrome scores between the two groups (P > 0.05). After treatment, the main and secondary symptom scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). Before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in serum IL-32, TGF-beta1, and IL-6 levels between the two groups (P > 0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of IL-32, TGF-beta1, and IL-6 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group (97.14%) was higher than that in the control group (85.71%), with statistical significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The treatment regimen of Wubeisan combined with Baihe Wuyao Decoction and Rabeprazole can effectively reduce the serum levels of IL-32, TGF-beta1, and IL-6 in patients with chronic gastritis of spleen-stomach qi deficiency type, improve clinical symptoms, and enhance treatment effectiveness.
