Surgical Nursing Cooperation in a Case of Single-Port Bilateral Inguinal Lymph Node Dissection Assisted by Da Vinci Robotic System
Abstract:This article details the surgical nursing cooperation process for a case of single-port bilateral inguinal lymph node dissection assisted by the Da Vinci robotic system. In the preoperative preparation phase, the nursing team conducted a comprehensive assessment to ensure all operating room preparations were complete and provided psychological support to help the patient alleviate anxiety. During the surgical procedure, the nursing team closely collaborated with the medical team, actively participated in positioning adjustments, monitored vital signs in a timely manner, and prevented complications such as hypothermia and pressure injuries during surgery, ensuring the smooth progress of the operation. Through this practical experience of surgical nursing collaboration, some valuable experiences were summarized, providing useful references for future nursing work. Under the assistance of robotic technology during the surgery, the close cooperation and professional quality of the nursing team became key factors in the smooth progress of the operation and the patient's recovery.
