Case Report of Modified Onlay Technique for the Treatment of Incisional Abdominal Wall Hernia
Abstract：There are various surgical techniques for the treatment of abdominal wall incisional hernias, each with its own advantages and disadvantages. In this study, the author made some modifications to the traditional Onlay technique and successfully treated dozens of cases of incisional hernias. Based on this case report, a literature review of different surgical techniques for abdominal wall incisional hernias is conducted, aiming to accumulate experience in the treatment of such hernias for clinical reference.
