Abstract：In recent years, the Chaozhou Municipal Bureau of Science and Technology has fully leveraged the supporting role of science and technology, actively explored new management methods for the next round of rural science and technology talents, and comprehensively promoted the下沉 of talent, science and technology下乡, and services for agriculture, rural areas, and farmers.
