Implementation method of precision and bias test for fully automatic coal sample preparation system

Abstract：In view of lack of unified precision and bias test procedures for fully automatic coal sample preparation sys-tems,resulting in significant differences in implementation procedures among various testing institutions,the author,in conjunction with the technical points of the newly revised GB/T 19494.3-2023 National Standard"Coal Mecha-nized Sampling Part 3:Precision Bias Test",systematically elaborated the implementation method of precision and bias tests for such systems.The consistency evaluation method between the reference coal samples prepared by the fully automatic sample preparation and the general analysis samples was studied in depth.The test verification shows that the precision and bias of the said system meet the requirements of the national standard,and the obtained refer-ence coal samples and general analysis samples have good consistency and substitutability.This research aims to pro-vide a reference basis for relevant institutions to carry out such tests.
