Practice of reducing the moisture content of clean coal in heavy medium coal preparation plant of Aiweier channel

Abstract：This paper introduced the status of becoming worse of raw coal quality in heavy medium coal preparation plant of Aiweier channel,and analyzed why the clean coal had high moisture content,the transformation or management measurements regarding to aspects such as raw coal,clean coal ash control,clean coal pressure filter,clean coal sculping screen,centrifugal dehydration machine,ingredients scraper,coarse and clean coal slime curved sieve and head chute of horizontal sedimentation centrifugal dewatering machine were adopted,in order to reduce the clean coal moisture of coal preparation plant and improve the yield of clean coal.
