Experimental study on new agents flotation of Guandi coal preparation plant

Abstract：regarding to the situations in Guandi coal preparation plant like low flotation efficiency and high ash content,the new reagents like ZFC emulsified oil,Jihua GF oil,2-Octanol and Nalco were used to do the flotation test,how the different dosages affected the flotation effect and the optimization selection test were discussed,the combustible material recovery rate of flotation clean coal and flotation improvement index were adopted to evaluate the floatability of coal slime.The results showed that,along with the increase of flotation dosage,the flotation effect is getting better and better,but an excess of reagents will result in the increase of ash content of clean coal,the flotation effect will become bad;when the dosage of foaming agent was 60g/t,combustible body recovery rate of 2-Octanol reagent reached 78.12%,the flotation improvement index reached 42.47%,combustible body recovery rate of GF oil reagent reached 75.92%,the flotation improvement index reached 38.92%;when the dosage of collector was 400 g/t,the clean coal yields of ZFC emulsified oil and Nalco reached 64.12% and 63.93% respectively;Jihua GF oil and 2-octanol have good foaming effect,ZFC emulsified oil and Nalco have good collecting effect,the test results of coal slime flotation in Guandi coal preparation plant could be improved and the clean coal yield could be increased.
