Feasibility analysis of lump coal TDS intelligent dry coal preparation in Shuguang Coal Mine

Abstract：Combining with the raw coal quality and separation results of experimental feeding material(200-40 mm lump coal)in actual production of Shuguang coal mine,the basic principles,characteristics and application field of TDS intelligent dry preparation machine were demonstrated,from aspects of technology and economic profits,the 200-40 mm lump coal beforehand gangue discharging project was analyzed,and the existing moving screen system was transformed as well,the additional TDS lump coal beforehand gangue discharging system was established,the efficient separation for 200-40 mm lump coal and the recovery of lump raw coal were done,at the same time,roller screen was added to improve the screening efficiency when the raw coal was wet.
