Design discussion of process for Hecaogou coal preparation plant

Abstract：Through analyzing the coal quality characteristics and product use of feeding raw coal in Hecaogou coal preparation plant,this paper analyzed the washing program,sorting size grade and coal preparation method of Hecaogou coal preparation plant,the coal preparation methods were the process lump coal heavy medium shallow groove beforehand gangue discharging,unpressurized three products heavy medium cyclone preparation with no mud removing and coal slime flotation,that is to say,letting 300 mm ~ 13 mm raw coal get through heavy medium shallow groove beforehand gangue discharging,and then crush to smaller than 50 mm,for raw coal of 50 mm~0.5 mm,the unpressurized feeding three products heavy medium cyclone with no mud removing was adopted,using flotation,concentration and press filtration to recover the 0.5 mm~0 mm raw coal.This coal preparation process system mainly includes raw coal preparation system,lump coal beforehand gangue discharging system;heavy medium cyclone separation system,medium circulation purification system;dehydration and recovery system of coarse and clean coal and middle gangue,coal slime flotation and flotation clean coal recovery system,flotation tailings recovery and washing water purification system and so on.
