Abstract：This paper introduced the business process and operation circumstances of coal online trading platform of Shanxi coking coal group,problems such as online trade mechanism,contract recording problem of inviting trade,insufficient information on the online trade platform,difficulty of delivery on time in the operation process of online trading contract execution were discussed,the corresponding measurements were proposed as well.
