Research and application of large-size coal sample division machine in coal sampling and sample preparations device

Abstract：Combining with the working principles and structure characteristics of large size coal sample division machine,the outlier test,difference independence test,maximum allowable bias,sample capacity check and ash bias of sample preparation bias test were done,the application of large size coal sample division machine in sampling and sample preparation device was discussed.The large size coal sample division machine could divide the coal sample with biggest size of 6 mm~50 mm effectively,and the division precision could meet the requirements of national standard.
