Grindability research for minerals and organic components in low rank coal

Abstract：Through the coal quality analysis of screen overflow and screen underflow at different grinding durations,the grindability difference of mineral substance and organic components in low rank coal was researched,and the comparison research of grindability of inertinite and vitrinite in organic components was done.The results showed that the grindability of mineral substance in low rank coal was better than the organic components,the pulverized coal mineral substance was easier to be grinded to the fine particles compared with the organic components;the grindability of inertinite was better than vitrinite,which means that the inertinite is easier to be grinded to pulverized coal fine particles.
