Abstract：Optimization problems are everywhere. Intelligent optimization algorithms are methods that solve complex problems for optimal or satisfactory solutions based on computational intelligence mechanisms. By understanding the behaviors, functions, experiences, rules, and mechanisms in natural and social systems, they reveal the mechanisms of optimization, refine the optimization mechanisms, build frameworks and models for optimization, and design intelligent optimization algorithms under the guidance of problem characteristics, aiming to achieve 'stability, speed, and accuracy' in optimization performance, i.e., consistency of optimization results, rapidity of optimization efficiency, and globality of optimization quality.
