Abstract：Mr. Jiang from Shiji Township, Sihong County has been engaged in crab farming since 1980, for a total of 45 years. Mr. Jiang owns 19 ponds, with a total net water surface area of 322 mu. Among them, 13 ponds are located in Shiji Township, with a net water surface area of 220 mu, all using the 'all-female' adult crab farming model; the other 6 ponds are located in Linhuai Town, with a net water surface area of 102 mu, of which 2 ponds are used for adult crab farming and 4 ponds are used for seed breeding.
