Abstract：Enrofloxacin is a fluoroquinolone drug with broad-spectrum antibacterial activity, strong antibacterial effect, long half-life, and high bioavailability. It has inhibitory effects on Gram-positive bacteria, Gram-negative bacteria, and mycoplasma (Zhang Shi Yun et al., 2019). In aquaculture, it is widely used to treat fish diseases caused by Vibrio, Escherichia coli, Aeromonas hydrophila, Flavobacterium, and Nocardia (Zhang W J et al., 2021; Xi Feng et al., 2023).
