New Technology for Artificial Breeding of Pengze Crucian Carp
Abstract：In recent years, Anhui Province has been vigorously promoting the breeding and seedling cultivation industry of Pengze crucian carp, achieving good results. This artificial breeding of Pengze crucian carp was carried out at the Da Huanghu base of Anhui Huanghu Fisheries Co., Ltd. Through practical artificial breeding, new technologies for artificial breeding of Pengze crucian carp were summarized, as follows.
1. Topographic Conditions: The surface area of Da Huanghu is 299.2 square kilometers, with an average water depth of 3.94 meters, and the lake surface does not freeze in winter. The surrounding lakes have excellent water quality, sufficient water sources, abundant rainfall, and no pollution, providing favorable conditions for the breeding of Pengze crucian carp.
