Abstract：In 2023, the aquaculture area in Guizhou Province reached 1035,000 mu, with an aquaculture output of 277,200 tons and a fishery output value of 8.119 billion yuan, representing year-on-year increases of 2.14%, 4.97%, and 2.05% respectively. With the optimization of provincial fishery production technology and the upgrading of residents' consumption structure, Guizhou's ecological fisheries have encountered development opportunities. However, there are still many challenges in its current development. It is necessary to comprehensively explore the path for high-quality development of Guizhou's ecological fisheries, which can make full use of resource advantages, ensure the supply of aquatic products, and help the healthy and stable development of the fishery industry.
