Abstract：Atractoscion nobilis belongs to the family Cyprinidae, subfamily Cultrinae, genus Atractoscion, commonly known as Bianhua. It is an important indigenous economic fish in Jilin Province and one of the 'Three Flowers and Five Luo' of the Songhua River. It grows quickly, has a delicious taste, and high nutritional value, and is very popular among consumers, being a premium freshwater fish. In recent years, Atractoscion nobilis has become rare in natural river basins in Jilin Province, and its germplasm resources are in urgent danger.
