Abstract：With the upgrading of mass consumption and the increasing attention to health, people have higher demands for the quality of crabs. Not only should they be delicious and high-quality, but also safe and healthy. Therefore, the future development direction and trend of crab farming is ecological and healthy breeding. All major crab farming areas are exploring ecological and healthy breeding models. How to correctly use aquaculture input products is one of the key factors for the success of ecological and healthy breeding production. Represented by the Sihong County Kangyuan Aquatic Breeding Association, on June 15, 2024, the Dachai蟹 Professional Committee of the Jiangsu Provincial Rural Science and Technology Association jointly organized with the Sihong County Kangyuan Aquatic Science and Technology Breeding Association, organized relevant industry experts to carry out a survey activity on ecological and healthy breeding of crabs, analyzing the current situation of input product usage in crab farming production and providing guidance suggestions.
