In 2022, the cultivation area of Litopenaeus vannamei in Bayannur City was 668 mu, and in 2023, the pond cultivation area reached 1,184 mu, with 3,000 mu of reed field shrimp farming, yielding 131 tons. The promotion and application of Litopenaeus vannamei desalination, seedling thickening, and breeding technologies have effectively improved the yield and quality of Litopenaeus vannamei in Bayannur City, reduced breeding costs, promoted industrial upgrading, and increased employment opportunities.
