Construction of In-Hospital Emergency Nursing Protocol for Critical Obstetric Patients Based on the 4R Crisis Theory
Abstract:Objective: To construct an in-hospital emergency nursing protocol for critical obstetric patients based on the 4R crisis theory, providing a basis for in-hospital emergency nursing care. Methods: Based on the 4R crisis theory, a preliminary draft of the in-hospital emergency nursing protocol for critical obstetric patients was developed through literature review and brainstorming. The Delphi expert consultation method was used to revise, merge, or add/remove items of the protocol, and the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) was applied to determine the weights of each item. Results: Nineteen experts participated in two rounds of Delphi expert consultation, with a 100% effective response rate for both questionnaires. The authority coefficient of the experts was 0.916. The Kendall's W coefficients for the two rounds of consultation were 0.181 and 0.188 (P < 0.001). The average importance scores for each level of indicators ranged from 3.842 to 5.000 points. The final nursing protocol included four first-level items, 16 second-level items, and 111 third-level items. Conclusion: The in-hospital emergency nursing protocol for critical obstetric patients constructed based on the 4R crisis theory is scientific and practical, and has guiding significance for in-hospital emergency nursing care.
