Application Effect Analysis of Xuanfei Tongfu Acupoint Patching Combined with Child-Friendly Training in the Clinical Nursing of Mycoplasma Pneumonia Patients
Abstract：Objective: To explore the application effect of Xuanfei Tongfu acupoint patching combined with child-friendly training in the clinical nursing of mycoplasma pneumonia patients. Methods: A total of 152 mycoplasma pneumonia patients treated in the hospital from April 1, 2022, to April 1, 2024, were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, with 76 cases in each group. The observation group received Xuanfei Tongfu acupoint patching combined with child-friendly training, while the control group received conventional treatment and nursing. The clinical efficacy, inflammatory indicators, treatment compliance, and family satisfaction with nursing were observed and compared between the two groups. Results: After Xuanfei Tongfu acupoint patching combined with child-friendly training, the observation group showed a higher overall treatment effectiveness (P<0.05) compared to the control group; the observation group had greater reduction in inflammatory indicators (P<0.05); the observation group had better treatment compliance (P<0.05); and the observation group had higher family satisfaction with nursing (P<0.05). Conclusion: After Xuanfei Tongfu acupoint patching combined with child-friendly training, mycoplasma pneumonia patients showed better clinical efficacy, greater reduction in inflammatory indicators, better treatment compliance, and higher family satisfaction with nursing.
