Application Progress of Digital Health Management in the Context of Community Geriatric Chronic Disease Care
Abstract：With the aggravation of population aging, community geriatric chronic disease care faces challenges, and digital health management has become an important development direction. This article reviews the application of digital health management in community geriatric chronic disease care, including the application and effects of technologies such as intelligent health monitoring systems, electronic health and digital medical management systems, remote medical monitoring technology, self-service terminals, and intelligent service recommendation systems. It points out that digital health management can improve patients' quality of life, enhance the quality and efficiency of nursing care, and reduce the burden on caregivers. However, it also faces limitations such as insufficient application and literacy of elderly people in smart devices, privacy protection issues, and developmental obstacles. Future research should increase technological innovation support, promote the transformation of scientific research results, and enhance the status of digital health management; ensure privacy security, develop low-cost information systems, to build a management model that meets the needs of an aging population and achieve healthy aging.
