A Review of the Scope of Assessment Tools for Subdelerium Syndrome in the Postoperative Recovery Period at Home and Abroad
Abstract:Objective: To comprehensively analyze the assessment tools for subdelerium syndrome in the postoperative recovery period at home and abroad, providing references for revising suitable and reliable assessment tools for subdelerium syndrome in China. Methods: Systematically retrieved literature related to assessment tools for subdelerium syndrome in the postoperative recovery period from seven databases: PubMed, the Cochrane Library, Web of Science, China Biomedical Literature Database, CNKI, Wanfang Database, and VIP Database. The retrieval time frame was from the establishment of the database to August 10, 2024. Two researchers independently screened the literature that met the inclusion criteria and extracted specific information about the assessment tools, including name, author, country, year, tool type, assessment content, and diagnostic criteria. Results: A total of six papers were included, containing three single assessment tools and three composite assessment tools. Conclusion: Due to the lack of clear definitions and diagnostic criteria for subdelerium both domestically and internationally, medical staff should select appropriate assessment tools based on specific clinical situations. Domestic scholars should continue to conduct in-depth research on this field and establish a unified standard as soon as possible, in order to develop localized assessment tools for subdelerium syndrome and promote the progress of research on subdelerium syndrome in China.
