Abstract：This paper provides an overview of the longitudinal study on symptom clusters in patients with gynecological malignant tumors during the postoperative chemotherapy period, including definitions, theoretical foundations, research methods, assessment tools, domestic and international research status, and future research directions, aiming to provide references for future related research and clinical practice.
