Effect of Positive Feedback Psychological Intervention Combined with Enhanced Bladder Function Training on the Recovery of Patients After Robot-Assisted Neobladder Surgery
Abstract:Objective: To explore the effect of positive feedback psychological intervention combined with enhanced bladder function training on the recovery of patients after robot-assisted neobladder surgery. Methods: A total of 94 bladder cancer patients who underwent robot-assisted neobladder surgery between June 2022 and June 2024 were selected and divided into groups according to the time of admission. The first 47 patients admitted between June 2022 and May 2023 were assigned to the control group and received routine nursing care. The other 47 patients admitted between June 2023 and June 2024 were assigned to the observation group and received positive feedback psychological intervention combined with enhanced bladder function training in addition to routine nursing care. Both groups were intervened for 3 months postoperatively. The negative psychology, compliance with bladder function training, bladder function recovery, and changes in quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results: After the intervention, the anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P < 0.05). The compliance rate of bladder function training in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). The bladder capacity, urine flow rate, and detrusor pressure of the observation group were all higher than those of the control group (P < 0.05). The FACT-BL score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Positive feedback psychological intervention combined with enhanced bladder function training can alleviate the negative psychology of patients after robot-assisted neobladder surgery, improve their compliance with bladder function training, promote bladder function recovery, and thus improve their quality of life.
