Systematic Review of Predictive Models for Intraoperative Hypothermia in Laparoscopic Surgery Patients
Abstract:Objective: To systematically evaluate predictive models for intraoperative hypothermia in laparoscopic surgery patients, providing reference basis for reducing the occurrence of intraoperative hypothermia and improving patient prognosis. Methods: A computerized search was conducted in databases including Web of Science, PubMed, the Cochrane Library, CINAHL, Embase, CNKI, Wanfang Database, China Biological Medicine Database, and VIP from the establishment of the database to September 2, 2024. The risk of bias and applicability of the predictive models were assessed using the Prediction Rule Bias Assessment Tool (PROBAST). Results: A total of 10 studies were finally included, among which 2 were prospective studies and 8 were retrospective studies. All 10 studies showed a high risk of bias but had good applicability. Conclusion: Research on predictive models for intraoperative hypothermia in laparoscopic surgery patients is still in the developmental stage, and further exploration of predictive factors is needed, as well as external validation across multiple centers and regions in line with the characteristics of the information age.
