Research Progress on the Assessment Tools and Influencing Factors of Advanced Cancer Patients' Preparedness for Advance Care Planning
Abstract：This study explores the preparedness of advanced cancer patients for advance care planning (ACP) and the effectiveness of assessment tools, while analyzing psychological, social, and cultural factors influencing patients' ACP preparedness. The aim is to provide guidance for clinical practice, promote active participation of advanced cancer patients in medical decision-making, and ultimately achieve more humanized healthcare.
