Research Progress on the Application of Regional Cerebral Oxygen Saturation Monitoring in Preventing Postoperative Delirium in Patients Undergoing Cardiac Surgery
Abstract：This review discusses the application of regional cerebral oxygen saturation technology in preventing postoperative delirium in patients undergoing cardiac surgery, including the pathogenesis of postoperative delirium, the technical principles of regional cerebral oxygen saturation, and the current research status of its application in cardiac surgery. It analyzes existing problems and prospects for future directions, aiming to provide a comprehensive and in-depth theoretical basis for clinical practice, optimize the perioperative management strategies for patients undergoing cardiac surgery, and reduce the incidence of postoperative delirium.
