Research Progress on Time Management Strategies in the Treatment of Patients with Acute Severe Trauma
Abstract:This paper analyzes the time dependency in the treatment of patients with acute severe trauma and discusses the clinical importance of the 'golden time' theory. It focuses on time control in various stages, including on-site first aid, pre-hospital transportation, emergency admission, and surgical intervention. Combining domestic and international experiences in trauma care, it introduces the roles of multidisciplinary team collaboration, trauma teams, and information management tools in optimizing time management for trauma patients. It also explores the challenges faced by trauma patients during actual treatment. By summarizing relevant literature and research findings, this paper discusses feasible time management improvement measures, providing new insights for time management in the treatment of patients with acute severe trauma, aiming to improve the efficiency and prognosis of acute trauma care.
